Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All in-stock artworks are available electronically via a Link. Once an art piece(s) is purchased you will receive link(s) to download your Digital Art Piece. The link will be made available on the Thank You page, as well as by email. Once you receive the link, you will be able to print the art piece in the size of your choice. If you prefer having the art piece mailed to you, Please Note that the Cost of Printing, Packaging and the Cost of Shipping will be Added to the original price of the artwork. The piece will be processed and shipped 7 to 10 business days depending on order volume. We do ship internationally to all addresses across the world. The client is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by your local government. Our Art Gallery is not responsible for any of these charges so please check the rates ahead of time.

All of our artworks are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx. These costs for these services will be added to the total order price. Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery.  Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper’s part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your artwork from this Art Gallery, standard in stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of first delivery attempt. The artwork must be in original condition; we do not accept refund requests for products showing any signs of wear or damage. In addition, we Do Not allow returns or exchanges on any custom commissioned artworks (any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have to be custom made.). We are confident that you will be thrilled with your artwork; however, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we feel that 14 days is enough time to evaluate your purchase. Please Note: There are No Refunds for artwork that is purchased Electronically via a Hyper Link (Electronic Downloads).

Custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

For Mailed Packages, your return package should include the item, along with any packaging that came with it. Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it to our address on our contact page. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Ask for a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

Once the item is received, the merchandise will be inspected by our team Once the item is deemed to be in its original condition, we will issue a refund. Please allow up to ten business days upon our receipt of the returned item for this process to take place.
